Shipping policy
At Pink Parcel Club, every parcel is thoughtfully curated, lovingly packed, and carefully prepared before it begins its journey to its new home. We can't wait for it to arrive!
Processing times
Orders are typically packed and dispatched within 2–3 business days of being placed.
During busy periods, product launches or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer. If this happens, we'll always do our best to keep you updated.
Shipping
We currently ship Australia-wide using Australia Post Express.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on the size and destination of your parcel.
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your parcel's journey.
Delivery timeframes
Delivery estimates are provided by Australia Post and may vary depending on your location.
While we always do our best to dispatch orders promptly, we cannot guarantee delivery dates and are not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post or circumstances outside of our control.
If your parcel is time-sensitive (for example, a birthday or special occasion), we recommend placing your order as early as possible.
Sending a gift?
Many of our parcels are sent directly to someone special.
Please double-check the recipient's delivery address before placing your order, as we may not be able to make changes once your parcel has entered the packing process.
Don't forget—you can also include a complimentary personalised message with your order.
Incorrect addresses
Please ensure your shipping details are correct when placing your order.
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend your order.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged or you believe it has been lost in transit, please contact us at hello@pinkparcelclub.com.au as soon as possible.
We'll work with Australia Post to investigate the issue and do everything we can to help resolve it.
